About Spaces

We know what it takes to
transform engineering with AI.

Our mission is to help every engineering organization build at the speed and scale AI makes possible.

Founded in 2026. Based in Boston and Denver.

Our story

Coding agents helped individual developers move faster. The tools we had for managing our teams couldn’t keep pace.

We brought AI into our engineering organizations—and soon found ourselves rethinking how the entire organization worked.

We saw developers finish in hours what had been planned for days. But the tools we had couldn’t manage work across people and agents, show whether faster coding was improving delivery, or connect AI spend to project outcomes. We had tools that made individuals faster, but no system for managing and measuring AI across engineering.

We started Spaces because AI is changing more than how code gets written. It is changing how engineering organizations operate.

Our Vision

When we understand how AI works through measurement and observation, its full potential is at our fingertips. We believe in a future where every team is able to use AI efficiently, responsibly, and cost effectively. Spaces gives engineering teams the tools and measurements they need to supercharge their agentic practice to reach that future.

Our Values

Outcomes over activity

More prompts, tokens, and generated code do not automatically mean more business value. The outcome is what matters.

Evidence over anecdotes

AI should be held to the same standard as any other investment. The evidence should be clear, and the method behind it should hold up to scrutiny.

Adaptation over convention

AI changed the pace of the work. Planning, context, measurement, and management have to adapt with it.

We have deep experience with managing, deploying — and using — AI at scale.
